My workshops and classes are information but always fun with lots of easy and practical tips and ideas.

Plant based Introduction

Duration: 1/2 Day

Starting with an introduction to plant based cooking, we will cover off the basics such as how to eat in a balanced and wholesome way including store cupboard staples.

According to the season and the needs of the group we will cook up a variety of delicious dishes which we will then eat them for lunch!

The sessions are very informal with lots of opportunities for questions, sharing ideas and trying things out.

advanced

Plant based advanced

Duration: 1/2 Day

This session is perfect for anyone who already has a good knowledge of plant based cooking and nutrition.

According to the season and the needs of the group we will cook up a variety of delicious dishes which we will then eat them for lunch!

We will cover some more advanced techniques such as raw dessert making, nut cheeses and fermentation.

The sessions are very informal with lots of opportunities for questions, sharing ideas and trying things out.

• You will come away with new ideas and techniques to take your plant based cooking to the next level. Plus lots of ideas, recipes and inspiration.

 

friends

Cook with friends lunch or dinner 

Duration: Flexible

What could be better than learning about plant based eating and then cooking some delicious healthy food to share with your friends? Have fun creating a huge veggie feast, sharing ideas, chatting and then eating all the yummy food created in the session.

The meal can be tailored to the groups favourite foods i.e. Indian, Mexican, Thai, seasonal, mezze feast, raw etc.

Private cooking sessions

Duration: 2 – 3hrs

These can be tailored to your individual needs, so anything from basics to inspire you to get more veg into your diet through to focusing on more advanced recipes & techniques such as raw desserts, nut cheeses and fermentation.

Food Styling or Bespoke Training
